
Call back to summer with this variation on the classic sour. Floral, tart and refreshing, this drink is sure to lift spirits.
Recipe:
- 2 oz Revelstoke Premium Gin No. 1
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- 1 oz hibiscus syrup*
- 2 dashes lemon bitters
- ¼ oz Crème de cassis or Chambord
- 1 egg white
- Dried hibiscus flowers for garnish
Add all ingredients and dry shake. Add ice to shaker and shake again, then strain into a rocks glass, garnish with hibiscus flowers
*Hibiscus syrup: ¼ cup water + ¼ cup sugar and ¼ cup dried hibiscus flowers, bring to a simmer remove from heat, cool and strain
