This cocktail is a timeless Italian classic and with only three ingredients, simple and perfect for any occasion. The negroni, which gets its name from Count Camillo Negroni (who wanted something a bit stronger than the go-to Americano), is a full century old this year. We chose to modernize the classic by using a relatively new gin local to Canmore, Alberta: Wild Life Barrel-Aged Gin.
- 1 oz Wild Life Barrel Aged Gin
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
Add all ingredients into rocks glass with large cube of ice and stir until chilled. Garnish with orange peel.
